Nags Head Fishing Pier at sunrise reflected in the wet sand beach on the Outer Banks of NC. I took this photo before sunrise with a long exposure. As the clouds and surf moved across the scene they painted the scene with warm sunrise colors.
This is one of the few Outer Banks piers that has a restraint overlooking the ocean. The pier is one of the oldest, built in 1947, and longest at 750 feet, along the Outer Banks.
